The article has been well written and thought provoking; a common discussion among Muslims. I agree on every point, except two. One, placing emphasis on the Muslims in America having sold themselves into servitude to a new master. May I kindly disagree and share my opinion? The American culture has not permeated and transcended the Islamic values of most Muslims. It's been my experience that one's lack of interest and participation in charitable efforts or their misplaced values already existed in their nature and more so if they originated from a (so-called) Muslim country. America has only allowed these same people the opportunity for greater extravagances. Which leads to the second point, that the Muslims have little impact on change due to being the smallest minority in major world powers, when actually, it is not their small numbers, but rather it is their lack of involvement in the societies in which they live. In closing, although America was not founded as an Islamic country, it currently represents more Islamic values than any known Muslim country in the world. Still, an excellent article offering much "food for thought."

Why are Muslims living in the West? The article exemplifies the hypocricy of those foolish people immigrating to a non-Muslim land and then complaining about it.

Return to traditional Muslim lands.

You are harming Islam by doing anything else but leaving America.
