2009 –  A Year In Review

The publishing arm of Al-Furqaan Foundation, its focus is to publish in any media material for Dawah. The Book of Signs 800 line (1-888-BSF-2754) which is advertised in all of our publications received a total of 1178 calls during 2009 that our professional staff responded to. During 2009 there were several developments in this division

1. BookofSigns.org
   • The group publishes this website which is intended to articulate the message of Islam to non-Muslims. It has been re-hauled on a new web platform and has a tremendous amount of content added to facilitate Non-Muslims to learn about Islam. It is also the website that is publicly advertised in all our publications so inshaAllah it will become one of the premier sites for Dawah in the near future
2. English Translation of the Message of the Quran
   • Published the 3rd Edition of the Soft Cover version that is distributed by the Al-Furqaan Foundation. Also published is a Hard Cover copy of the same translation.
3. Christ Jesus, the Son of Mary – A Muslim Perspective
   • Published the 1st Edition of an incredibly timely book, “Christ Jesus, the Son of Mary – A Muslim perspective” by Adil Nizamuddin. This book is great for not only Non-Muslims, but also Muslims so that they can clearly articulate what Islam’s position is on Jesus (PBUH), along with a comparative analysis of the biblical tradition. The style of the book is very much factual and objective without attacking or demeaning another faith.
4. The Deen Show
   • Partnered with The Deen Show to be the exclusive online supplier of the Deen Show DVDs produced by the famous hos t Eddie. The two volume sets, that are a compilation of the different scholars and famous personalities he has hosted, are an amazing value at $5 each. MashaAllah, judging from the orders these products are an international hit.

How can you support us?

1. Use the material on our website for Dawah and give our website name to any non-Muslim you know that wants to learn about Islam.
2. Order copies of the Quran and other products such as THE DEEN SHOW directly from our websites
3. Submit material that will be useful for Dawah that we can add to the website or submit material that you feel we can publish in print

Launched in 2009, this feature makes it easy for any individual to send a Qur’an for FREE to a non-Muslim. As of now we have English, Spanish and French translations available. Insha’Allah, we hope to add many other translations. If you are affiliated with an Islamic organization, your request for Qur’ans from inmates can be fulfilled easily with this feature. Alhamdulillah, since the launch of this website we have had over a 100 users sending many copies through this special program. This number Insha’Allah is growing exponentially as the word gets out.
